OK guys, I'm not technically or mathematically minded, so please bear with me, I have all the features as shown at http://gmic.eu/gimp.shtml, however, I very kindly get help/advice or try to follow tutorials and the features suggested to use just don't show up in my menu. Am I doomed to not progress? Am I even dumber than I thought! I really do try and figure these things out but am a very frustrated bunny, any (polite) suggestions re G'MIC? - in Peace, RJKD

Possibly the presets got updated thus the tutorial is out of date. Do some screenshots of the tut and compare that to what you see for us to get a better idea of what you are referring to.
