Issabella: I love your landscapes and the owl. How did you get the chisel effect so perfect on the owl?

OMG: I love your radios, no matter what color they are! It is very precise and clean looking.

Thank you Dalia and Pat. I can't say what I did on the owl as I tried so many things on it. It took me a long time as I first filled the little parts of the feathers with wood and carve, but it didn't look nice, so I applied gradients on each part done and it looked better. Finally I set the original pic upper the layers and played with layer modes.

My two other tries. In wood and with gradients. By mistake I used the gradients in shape "spiral" but I liked it and I left it.
