OMG, will do it much better than me as I don't have any experience in Light Rays but my friend Dinasset said to write a short tutorial about how I did it. So here you are.

Into the zip, you will find the xcf file and the tutorial of the following outcome.

Apply colour to rays gives many different looks at the creation.
