Very nice outcomes Isabella! The gradients work well!

My project yesterday, make one wood pattern with many colors and see
how it works. It works good, so here is 7z file with one pattern and 137
colors. Hope someone has fun with this. I also hope someone could
help me with a script to create other sets like this from different patterns,
if a script can name and save files...

And here is the last of the 3 examples.
I think that it works good, but most certainly
not the only way to get good results with this
plugin!

Quickly run with animicule's patterns :tyspin .

Copied original and placed as top layer and changed blend mode to multiply. Remember, that although I'm posting in this thread, I'm using the filter which was made for the Mac without the use of GMIC.

Great, Dalia.
Downloaded and used me too those patterns.
My first result, using default values and layers, only increasing the number of nuances (colour-areas) to 19.

Thanks Animicule.
(maybe Tin Tran will create the script for you?)

Very nice outcomes Dalia and Dinasset!
I am glad that you like the pattern set, and also thank you Dinasset for
creating this filter!

this is a black & white photo from about 1960, with the pattern set.

Thank you RJKD to get the fine details in the antenna I used Dalia's method of putting the original subject on top of the stack and lowering opacity until the details were just enough in there...

Issabella, I like the added coloring details on Lucca, but I liked the original pattern that you used better than the wood grain. Could you please post one of the pattern files and I will make some more colors for it to see if the best of both would be possible!
