In my first post it is written that the Stratadrake YUV filter is required
And NO, there is no need of two layers (I answered already)

Thanks for the attachment. In the first post, it wasn't there. Only the presets and the script were there.

I got the script to work AND it also works with other gimpressionist presets, if you have any.

yes, you may create any additional preset and use it

The top one was my mistake, I think that was not the pointillism effect as I see now that it was a composite with the background and the building left as original. Please excuse me, but the plugin started with frac. No internet at my home so I carry flash drive with images and don't have the one I meant to post.
The rodilius added brings out the shine!
