So i watched a tutorial on youtube about how to place(add) Text to surface (in our case tee) but there's in PS tutor use Displacement map filter ..... And question Oh my gush! is how to Place a Graphic on a T-Shirt GIMP

Don't matter. But i want do add Text to a real image( photo)

It does matter. There are several mediums of t-shirt design, such as screen printing, dyeing, airbrushing, and iron-on transfers. It depends on what type of medium you intend to use. Screen printing requires vector formatting, iron-on transfers require special paper and printers, and so on. So, just opening an image in GIMP and adding text is pretty cut and dry, same as most everything else you do, except for how you intend to use the image afterwards.
