I tried to install the above plug-in file.
After unzipping, I clicked on the script-fu.exe file and I received error 4 error messages:
"script-fu.exe -System error"
It states that I have the following files missing:
libglib-2.0-0.dll
libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll
libgimpui-2.0-0.dll
libgobject-2.0-0.dll

The error message appears for each of the above files when I click the OK button.
However, when I check the Gimp Bin folder, all the above files are there. They also appear in the folder named 32.

What should I do so that the installation can be successful?

You do not run the file:

Put the script-fu.exe file in your Gimp profile
C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins

When you use a Gimp script that has a long list of parameters and the dialog runs off the screen.

Resize the dialog box in standard Windows manner to get the bottom showing.
The new script-fu.exe adds a scroll bar permitting use of all the parameters.

There is also another file "script-fu-interface.c" besides the file "script-fu.exe".
Do I put it into the "plug-ins" folder as well?

Now that I have placed the "script-fu.exe" file into the plug-ins folder (C:\Users\your-name\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins), the Logo Toolbox menu doesn't appear.
From File -> Create -> Logos (gimpchat.com) I can see "Bling Text Logo..." and "Glass Effect Text..." only.
I'm I missing something?

I can not reproduce that. Looks like you have plenty logo scripts installed.
There are always checks to be made before blaming this-and-that.

Does the bevel-reflect-logo.scm script work when the script-fu.exe is removed?
Do the other scripts work as expected?
For the plugins, script-fu.exe / ML-Bevel-Reflect.exe, are you using the correct 'flavor' 32bit or 64bit?
Have you removed earlier versions of plugins that might conflict?
Are you looking in the correct menu for the plugin? Works here:


As a note, there is a chance of these scripts 'popping-under' the Gimp window but the toolbar icon will bring to the top.
The bevel-reflect-logo.scm should show regardless but to work it does need the ML-Bevel-Reflect plugin.

Finally everything is ok - both the Logo Toolbox and the Bevel Reflect Logo appeared after I re-installed GIMP.
