Neon Lights tutorial.

My first tutorial for Gimp. I hate typing and find doing a Screen Recording so much easier, so that's what this is. If i go too fast, you can always pause and re-wind.

Once the file was extracted,
it played nicely for me.
Did you un-zip/extract the mp4 file from the zip folder?
