What is she holding in her hand? It looks like a detonator to me which also fits with a grin "in the shadows."

ohhh i know! She is under a bridge and getting ready to blow it up. The light is water refraction.

I must say it amuses me that one could picture what she has in her hand as a "detonator". I guess that says something either about the world or about my drafting skills.

I like how there are strokes, but they don't look like strokes, it looks almost like a vector. It makes a cool texture!

Glad you like them! This is the result a special type of brush using Krita's Sketching engine combined with a lower opacity. It's pretty common to find it on phone/tablets too - it works so that when you draw a line that turns back on itself the distance between the lines fill in. It makes it very fast to both have fine line control and to fill in areas with color. So I can just make half-moon shaped movements with the brush to create patches of color and give this almost "vectorized" feel.
