I just found this Chrome app to make your own Chrome theme.

I couldn't find a theme that was to my liking. I like to keep it simple, but just black is a bit boring. So I gave making a theme myself a shot. Think I still have a lot to learn. The fine tuning was a bit confusing, but it was fun.

So here's my very simple theme.

p.s. If anyone happens to want to use it, just say so. I'll give you the theme file.

But obviously it's more fun to make your own unique theme.

Yes, there sort of is.

Not as complete as this theme maker but you can make your own personas on firefox. It's really easy and you can upload them for anyone to use. I've made a few a while ago. I'll see if I can find them later.

You have to use the default theme in order for it to work.
