Did something change on GC top area?

Since many days I do not see any more the "View active topics" when logged out (I remember perfectly it was there).
This is what I see when logged out

It's not only a question of appearance: in fact it's now impossible to see what's new without logging in.

Any help from the moderators?

I have noticed that change myself. Someones turning the site in a members only...almost. Like you have more privileges in what you can see if you are logged in.

Apparently this "View active topics" functionality has changed.
However,
this is something I do not have the ability to implement or correct.

Gimp Chat needs an active Administrator,
willing to monitor the site on an almost daily basis.
Who can correct issues like this when they arise.

It's sad to mention,
but Gimp Chat is slowly falling apart.
Due to Omega's lack of interest and neglect of his duties as the site Administrator.

It pains me to say this,
but it's only a matter of time,
before Gimp Chat becomes a thing of the past.

Well, I may have not understood correctly the problem, but I see this without having logged in the forum. What I don't have any sound or message when there is any reply to the threads for about one year.

My suggestion would be.
If you're having any issues with Gimp Chat that I don't have the ability to address.
Send a PM to Omega about the issue.

The only way to fight is to spawn SonOfGimChat.

Never noticed this since I'm always logged in when I access GC. lol

Maybe the webmaster will fix this one soon.

I had to log in to write this, and can see everything just fine like I always have, not logged in

Anyway it could be the browser or anti virus software? I think it may be your browser

Always been able to see the board fine while not logged in except the User Control Panel and the members list that I have noticed.
It's just until recently that the view active topics link has been there whether logged in or out.
