The real question is what EULA you have accepted. Read the fine print if the EULA changes, you may discover that SmugMug is the owner of everything you posted and can sell it without sharing any profit with you.

yeah, me TOO!

I like being able to link a photo to other sites. I like that I can easily upload photos from my cell phone and I like that it's free. If THAT changes, I'm screwed.

Internet is fun.... The new Flickr EULA says that as a foreigner, I agree that my interaction with Flickr occurs in the state of California and is governed by the US laws. On the other hand, GDPR says that since they accept me, a UE citizen, they should protect my private data according to GDPR requirements. The EULA also says that I waive the right to sue them, which is likely an unfair term and would therefore be void on this side of the Atlantic.

sure..... right now flickr is claiming they are happy having free accounts..... but that makes me nervous..... I've looked at both facebook pages (flickr) and they are acting as if everything is wonderful, but I'm still unconvinced.
