GIMP Version: 2.10.4
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User


I had an older version of GIMP 2 that had a File>Create>Logo that I'd use to make quick text effects to put on other images. My hard drive crashed and the new version doesn't seem to have this available at first glance and at a quick browse through the board search. What can I do to access those features again?
