Hi everyone.

I've been give a 30 notice today, to vacate the place I now like in.
I rent a room in someone's home, on a month-to-month basis and they now need the room for a family member.
So I have to go.

Would anyone happen to have a room in Arizona,
that they would be willing to rent to me?

If not that's alright.
I'm worried about finding a new place and thought I'd let you guys know.
Tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to visit an old landlord's home,
who I use to rent a room from.
I left there on good terms and tried to call him, but the number didn't work any longer.
Perhaps he's still there and has an available room for rent.
We'll see.

Anyway,
thanks for reading this.

I'm sorry for your situation, hope the solution can come soon and good for you.

Roma is a bit far from Arizona...

I'm on the East Coast and don't rent out houses anymore. I got burned once and that's enough for me. I've owned homes since I was 23 years old, but am thinking of selling when I retire and rent the rest of my life. Much easier to move around that way I think, plus no more yard work.

Good luck on finding a suitable home.

I am sad that I am of no help, since I live in Northwest Ohio. Good luck in your search.

It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack,
but I'm going to keep searching for that needle.

Thank you mackenzieh

I'm sad too for you Wallace and I hope you find a nice place, even better than you had so far. Please, keep us informed if you find a nice place. Anyway, here in Spain you would be great, too. There are plenty of houses, chalets, attics, flats so you could choose. Luck :yes

By the way, what part of Arizona do you live. I will be visiting my sister in Mesa next week, I hope the weather will not be too hot!

July, Aug and early Sept,
are the worst months to be in Arizona.
It's hot and humid.
By the way.
I sent you a PM.

Wishing you the best with your search. I hope too, you get an even better place. I would take in an other person here but I think Adelaide is a bit far too unfortunately :(
