If people run into Certification Verify failed error like Pat625,

please try version 2 and let me know if it works

(version 2 tries to bypass the cert. verify process, since we're just downloading an image from the internet we don't care if hackers/third party listen in).

It works for me. With all of my python plug ins, I have to do this:

C:>Users>mackenzie>AppData>Roaming/GIMP>2.10>plug-ins …. then with in the plug-ins folder, I create folders for those plugins. Once that is done, I open gimp and add the folders, to plug-ins with in the preferences. Then I OK them, and then restart gimp.

Just one question; is it possible to make result horizontally seamless? Have an idea of a mini-planet with your "Downtown" result.

Please try version 4 which is seamless, you just gotta merge all the created building layers and then "Layer to Image Size" the result.

Here's a test duplicated into 3x original width.

It's be cool if someone who's really capable animates this ring effect it to music like audio effects that move with the beats if the building grew taller...
