List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:
Re-synthesizer, Heal Selection

List any ERROR messages you received:
Heal selection can't find appropriate file.

I have 2.10.4 on my computer as well as Samj's Portable.
The computer version works fine but in the Portable, the
"Heal Selection" throws an error message that is puzzling.
The error message says it can't find the script in "such & such"
folder but when I check the folder it's clearly there.
I hope this graphic describes my issue....

What am I missing?

Was an addition made by yourself? I do not find it in the std Samj's portable pack (but I have 2.10.6, no more 2.10.4).

dinasset: I downloaded 2.10.6 today and "Heal Selection" is not there as well as other things I use.
It such a pain to get things like your use to having them, setting it all up again. I'm asking myself why do I want 2.10.6? The computer version of 2.10.4 works fine for me. I was thinking of getting a portable set up to have as a back-up. I've got 2.10.4 portable working okay except the "Heal Selection." In 2.10.6 there are six different places for plug-ins... good grief.
Not sure how I'm going to proceed at this point.

Thanks for double-checking that.

Have you added the folder location in Samj's version?

Edit>Preferences>Folders>Plug-ins

Resynthesizer heal selection and heal transparency work perfectly for me on 2.10.6 Windows7 64-bit.
And they did work with earlier versions too. Using normal Gimp from gimp.org.

"Heal Selection" works for me on the "non-portable" version of 2.10.4 so I'm familiar as to how it works. But when I try it with the portable version, I get error messages and as far as I can tell the plug-in is installed properly, so I'm totally mystified.

Yeah it must be a mystery.
I downloaded the samj portable, and placed all the resynthesizer plug-ins in the default location of the portable:
..../Gimp-2.10.6_Portable-32bit-64bits/Preferences/plug-ins

Works okay.

Thanks Nidhogg. I'll give it another shot soon as I can.
Been really busy lately and I haven't been able to post
much.
