Hi Lyle and Rod. After the 'polar vortex' you guys need an early spring.
Seems 'Phil’s Inner Circle' also look like groundhogs but I hope they take that as a complement :)

Totally the opposite here - hot and dry with bush fires that have been burning since Xmas. Maybe an early spring means an early fall (autumn) in these latitudes.

If Punxsutawney Phil's predictions are at 37% accuracy.
That's worse that the probability of random chance.
Even if you flip a coin,
you'll be right nearly half of the time,
which gives you a near 50% accuracy rate.
So you'll be better off flipping a coin,
than going by a groundhog's predictions.
