Thank you very much, Issabella. Yes, I am going through the tutorials, mainly the text ones for now. That's my way to learn the features of GIMP

And it always starts "Oh, there I could do that and here I could do this differently and maybe get that result..."

Like on cooking - I never can do a receipt like it is written :roll:

Moniaqua, Esper did a lot of text tutorials, from scratch as opposed to using scripts, which is an excellent way to learn how Gimp works.

Yes, 2-ton, in fact it was one of Espers tutorials that led me here

Totally agree !

Sadly Esper doesnt post here anymore it seems, but he still runs his blog, with excellent content for Gimp and Inkscape.
