Just couldn't pass it up. Not too expensive and what a beautiful instrument. It has that vintage look. :)

It's a Gretsch G9531 with the Appalachia Cloudburst.

Can't wait to play it at camp. :)

Don’t be afraid to start over. It’s a new chance to rebuild what you want.

Looks like an okay basic acoustic, been playing for long?
I used to play electric but my finger tips have recovered to the normal soft state.

I don't have the money for a Taylor. I have been enjoying the guitar for 21 years. :hehe Time to callous those finger tips my friend. Unless you don't want to play anymore.

If it wasn't for the fact that mine is so much better than yours, I could almost be jealous! :hoh ... :(

Oh i am sure there are many "better" guitars out there. :hehe
This will be my 5th. 3 acoustic and 2 electric.

I would love to own a Taylor. Gotta win the lottery first though. :rofl Played one in our local guitar shop and fell in love with it immediately. :flirt

Mine's a Stagg Ovation copy and is about my 5th or 6th acoustic. Haven't had an electric since I sold my paisley Strat many moons ago.

Rod why not record some of your guitar chords as an mp3 then open in Audacity and edit and/or mix with a rhythm track?
(assuming you have time)
Then use it as a background to a Gimp image series or an animation. Upload it to one of the big video libraries and post a link here so some of us can look at it and the rest of us can ignore it?
Then in 200 years when all that is left is rats, insects and youtube they will be able to watch it to understand how humans operated :rofl

Not a bad idea. LOL Maybe me, Lyle Erisian and you can get together and create some new channel where i can submit my chords along with you all and put it all together as a composition. That would be cool. We could all listen to each other that way. :hehe
