[solved]quickly resize patterns

GIMP Version: 2.10.13
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User

Sometimes my patterns are too big for what I want to get and I have to create several sizes before I find the one that suits me.

Is there a method or script that allows you to resize the pattern when using fill?

This one viewtopic.php?f=9&t=17348#p238328

unpack scale_name_pattern_Gimp-210.zip put the file scale_pattern.scm in scripts folder.

It is a right click on the large pattern to open the script which makes a new scaled pattern Gimp.pat

What differences with this Konstantin (# 8) "scale_pattern.scm" script here:

I tested Layer Effects / overlay pattern (by following BlightyII's link) and it works fine but for the script "scale_rename_pattern", I can not find it in the filters and I do not see how to use it with the filling tool. :cry

That is an older version, use the one I indicated.

Read the post again, look at the screenshot, it is not in the filters, it is a right click in the patterns dock.

I had watched your screenshot several times since I made a Word file with the explanations, and saved in my folder "Tutorials".
