Just to let you know: mysteriously today it works as expected.
Don't know what happened yesterday. Was my machine too busy, so it didn't come to an end as it should?
Don't know ... and not important anymore.
Once more : many many thanks Diego. :bigthup

I get brush errors when running this script. Where are the brushes that make the script run?

I already have those brushes. Those brushes aren't the problem.

Here are other screen shots of what the problem is:

You asked for the brushes in your first post, that's the reason why I posted them.
But it seems to be a gimp function no (more) running:
gimp-drawable-get-pixels
I do not have a solution, sorry.

BTW, did you download and test the version called "fixed" at post #38?
I re-post it also here, it seems to have solved that problem.

Did you remove the old one before installing the fixed?

Made a screenshot of your image and applied the "fixed" version, using default values

I do have the fixed version and I did use it. It still ended up giving me errors. I'm using Gimp 2.10.14

I couldn't get to use the plugin before the errors popped up.

Messages still say Gimp did not find the used brushes (?!)
Do you "see" the brushes in the left hand brush window?

No, I don't see them because I don't have them. The script calls for specific brushes that I don't have. The script calls for rounded-drop brushes 15A, 20A and 30A, which I don't have. I didn't even see them in this thread. Is there a way you can post them to this thread?

But if I posted them in the first reply to you and you said "I have already" ?!?

I have the brushes, but I still get errors:
Image

That was before I ran it.

When I ran the plugin, the result was good. I kept the errors there to prove a point. My point is why am I getting errors?
