2.10.18 Pharta error with ON1

GIMP Version: 2.8.18
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: win10
GIMP Experience: Intermediate Level

I have installed Phartas 2.10.18 and when I try to start ON1 Free effect under Filter I will have an error message.
I have inserted the file for the error code below.
I have installed ON1 as the instructions from ON1.
Anuone who have a solution????

There seems to be quite a few errors.
Can't really make out what the full message reads.
It looks to be related to the plugin,
On1EfffectsFree10.
I'm not sure if this helps any.

Would you have a translation of the messages? As you posted it as an image I can't even paste it in Google Translate.

Possibly missing some file but the name of the file would be outside of the displayed area (scroll right, and show what it says for line 948).

Easy to translate for me but it doesn't help with the in_execute_child startupinfo) line being hidden.
"An error occurred running python_fu_ON1Effects blah blah...[Error 2] cannot find the file.

Where's your ö letter? That's why I always use English installations instead of Finnish or Swedish.

The link from the Partha website leads to paid versions (or 30-Day Free Trials).
You can search the internet for the free version.
There are several versions that install in different directories.
I know two locations:

Code: Select all

1. c:\\Program Files\\ON1\\ON1 Effects Free 10\\ON1 Effects Free 10.exe
2. c:\\Program Files\\ON1\\ON1 Effects 10\\ON1 Effects 10.exe

Partha applied the call from Gimp to version 2.
Where did your program get installed?
You have two options:
- change directory and file names (c:\\Program Files\\ON1\\ON1 Effects Free10\\ON1 Effects Free10.exe) or edit the correct path in the ON1EffectsFree10.py file on line 87.

C:/Program/ON1/ON1 Effects 2019/ON1 Effects 2019.exe
