You guys are funny. I like the brick walls. I noticed that too about the colors less variations when the number was lower.

I am going to try the brick wall script and use it to make patterns and see how they look on various 3D IMVU items. Always looking for new ways to create textures or patterns for things.

Is there a way to upload brushes on here for people to share? Incase anyone wants a few of the brushes I have. I don't mind sharing, but I don't have a website.

It was fun painting the grape vines cuz I did not need to stay in the lines with a line drawing. lol

When you make a post, look at the very bottom of the screen and you will see where you can put in an attachment. click the browse button and find your brushes > click open > submit , they will appear at the bottom of your post when you send it as an attachment.

Question, how did you get that seamless top to bottum? Mine always come out not seamless no matter what I adjust the brick height too.

Try making your image width and height evenly divisible by the brick width and height.

There is still a slight offset of the mortar at 5px (default) which you would add to the image height.

I usually end up cropping my brick wall image slightly, and/or mapping a seamless texture to even it all out.

And each time you run it with those settings the color will be slightly different.

I'm sorry for the necro, but I'm trying to install this script on 2.10.18 and I'm getting this error:

I'm using Windows 10. Anyone having the same problem?

I tried for Gimp 2.10.18 64bit (gimp.org, Samj, Partha) and Windows 10.
Strange - but no problems.
Only idea - You may have another version of brickwall.scm active?

Works fine here. Make sure height and width are the same. Here is a tillable one I just made.

When I was looking for Jms-Brick Wall.scm I also found another script for bricks: Icici-Brick-Wall.scm so I also fixed it for Gimp-2.10.
