This is a design I made in college for a project that my teacher assigned to the class. He wanted us to design a movie poster while only using creative text to info-size the main concept of the movie. We were aloud to choose a movie of our choice and as you see I chose the movie (300 Spartans). I'm placing this design in here for feed back to see if I should add this to my portfolio. Please know that this was when I first started with gimp. I was new at EVERYTHING. I guess the main thing is that he liked it sooooooo. Yeah.

I think it is very good. I guess you might sneak the word spartans in it under the 300 if you could find a font that looked like spears or swords. also the actual pic in the 300 is just a little dark and it takes a minute to figure it out...it could be just a bit crisper and maybe a tad lighter...but it is quite good as it is. I love how the spears and the one spartan come out of the 300 in a 3-D effect, that is awesome.
