I gives to the image a "crystallized" look (maybe OMG will like it....).

My first impressions of this filter are very positive. The results are very nice and the filter response is fast.
Also, the possibility of having the result framed gives it a positive plus.

Just did a simple post-process step applying brightness-contrast to the frame, which is now independent, as suggested by Issabella (thanks for it!).

This time, instead of playing with B/C, I overlayed a golden texture on the frame.
