You've read (and enjoyed!) more than three books in this list:
- The Soul of a New machine
- Godel, Escher, Bach
- The "K&R"
- Mastering regular expressions
- Knuth's "Searching and sorting"
- The "Stroustrup"
- The TTL data handbook

And you call some of your favorite books by animal names.

You remember everything in life as an extension.

Birthday - .gif
Doctor - .apt
Job - .sux
Pet - .fud

Or if you refer to sleeping at night as "shutting down" or "logging off."

You have a USB flash drive on your key ring, on a lanyard around your neck, in your pocket, and stashed in several places at home and at work. You can never have too many of them.

I only carry one 4 GB, but it's on a lanyard which is also my key chain, does that count?

You may need one in your pocket for the times you don't need your keys.
