I didn't really follow the tutorial (it's really redundant to do so). I more or less followed the principle scope of the tutorial (the pattern). Not sure why the author called this kaleidoscope, either. But I do like the pattern.

This is the same pattern, in a different setting. Resembles a chain mail type look.

so can we have a mahvin tutorial on this???
