She will post soon another tutorial.
And I will post its transation into a python filter

Thanks a lot Dinasset. After testing the process I can post the tutorial. I see the results nice with a especial look as the name lets deduct.
However, the final look isn't apprpriate to apply to portraits, IMO. It's great to apply to buildings, views, sea views etc.
I hope you like it.

I agree with Issabella in defining this process not suitable for people, but very interesting for all other types of images.
