Maybe they should take Drivers Ed to improve performance...

:gaah NOW I see the rest of the posts and picture:

Ofnuts, since it was Driver error, maybe there should be a car crash scene and Wilber being carted off by the ambulance...

Remember Duke Nukem; as he get's injured, his face would show more and more wounds. Maybe they need to post a version somewhere of the status of GIMPTalk depending on how well it performs. If everything's fine, then the normal icon. If you can get to the site, but can't post anything, then a more injured icon and so forth. Seems like they have all the various issues depending on the day of the week. lol

Again, I like GIMPTalk so I'm hopfully laughing with you and not at you. lol

Since everyone else posts in here about GT, I can report that we're back up again. :)

Thanks for that update Griatch. Maybe we are being a little cruel; just don't understand the situation with the website. I do know they revamped it recently so maybe the recent issues are just growing pains. :)

I like Gimp Talk. I learned most of what I know about GIMP there. It is full of very valuable information and I like to browse it frequently. I sure wish they could get it running smoothly. I'm sure it's very frustrating for the Ali's.

Same here. I'd hate to see it decline due to server issues... it's been a very valuable learning resource... both the tutorials and the community.

Just got the driver error issue at GIMPTalk when trying to click on a thread (website itself can be visited). Add a scar on the right check of Wilbur Merrak. lol

What's type of driver issue would prevent visiting a thread? Weird. :)

I only tried yesterday, so it's been at least a day. Strange though that the site itself can be browsed. Again, though, where's Wilber's scar face? lol

:)

I'm out of town and oops... didn't pack the source file to update the display. Perhaps I'm not cut out to be the official Wilber-keeper.
