This seems tough. I look for backgrounds, clipart... and what i was hoping to create was done already --for two different ideas. Oh course they were. now i have to come up with a variation. [ scratching head ]

This is a great concept. I think you should name the image 'low tide' as well as mentioning it in text, it's a good name that gets the mind reeling!

Haha, good one! A cry for help and a business opportunity all in one! ;)

@griatch - thats neat! - the pyramid/walnut island (looks like a walnut at least) i love when common objects and sounds are used in uncommon ways

I didn't consider that it may look like a walnut but I guess it does :) Thanks for the comment!

Not so cryptic! Very fitting to the theme. :D I like the subtle glow around the door-window.

The rules are in the first post of the RAP and are very relaxed! The RAP is all about creativity and getting people creating stuff at any level of skill and ability. Any art technique is allowed as long as you make something new for the RAP. "New" here is just to avoid people going through their old stuff. A redesign/rework etc is fine.

Of course, when using/modifying existing imagery, original references/credit should be given (but this is always the case, not only for the RAP).

Another situational prompt this time; with a lot of possible interpretations!

Deadline: Sunday Aug 22
Category: Situation
Prompt: "What could possibly go wrong?"

When I read the title I was immediately reminded of the outcome I made with the box for Kroll's free challenge in February 2020.

What could possibly go wrong here?

Quite surrealistic; gives a bit of a 60's vibe almost!

What indeed! :D A nice and creative entry, just the effort of making a huge water-filled chest like that ...
(Just a note though - the point of the RAP is to make new art for it rather than re-use existing things. Not a big deal, but it's really the only rule of the RAP, so just pointing it out for the future. ;) )

Literally 'into the vines' with Gimp. A fun use of brush/stamps too. :)

Haha, what a nightmare to be stuck with that instruction! At least 'green' usually means good, soooo ... let's hope against hope that both buttons mean good outcomes! ;)
