Inspiration? PS Spooner has many great Photoshop tuts that can be converted to gimp fairly easily.

Yep! that is exactly it! I wanted to convert it, but havn't had time so i dont know when ill post it. But anyways, ya i liked the look of the ps result. Of course i only read about half of it before i started doing it myself and just trying to achieve the same result. They use different brushes and they use adobe illustrator too.

would love a tut on this...I'm thinking the edges of the lettering would look cool somewhat eroded.
