Great animation at 1080p, if you can run that high. I can't do 1080p without a little flicker so I had to settle for 1440x900. Still, it's a cute video at any resolution. :hehe

Cool video. Would love to be able to work Blender like that.

Remember that you're not viewing 1080p unless your screen resolution is 1920x1080 or higher. My video card in this box is kinda outdated. I normally run at 1280x768 on a 37" LCD TV so I can sit across the room in my favorite chair and surf. I'm saving up my pennies for a Intel Core i5/i7 based system with HDMI out for multimedia.

Does a 51" plasma TV work? :) I had to switch out to S-Video cable because the HDMI card started acting wonky.

I believe S-video maxes out at about 480i. Anything over that is due to scaling up by your display.

Interestingly, I can download this animation as a 1080 mp4 video (240mb) and it plays back fine with no flicker or glitches. I guess that suggests flash really sux at streaming, but we already knew that. ;)

Did y'all notice the credits at the end? Created mostly in Blender, with some assistance from GIMP, Inkscape and of course, Linux.

It's pretty impressive what can be done with free open source software these days. :pengy
