Hi everybody,

Just introduced myself and have a question already (ofcourse):

My first Gimp project is an invitation card (I hope you can see the image i posted along?).
As you can see, there is a gap between the top and the bottom layers; can somebody please tell me: what did i do wrong and how can i fix this?

And perhaps you can help me even more: you can see I only added a top inside image to the last layer; can it be attached to all top inside layers?
(Or do I need to post another topic for this question?)

After the card folds to a certain point at the actual opening and seeing of the entire bottom half...add more to the card by coloring it white to each layer proceeding.Use the paths tool to create more of a perspective look then turn that path into a selection then fill the selection.

About the top layer part you can change the time in ms how long the layer stays open or frame stays open.
I set this one to keep the frame open for 1000ms.

Here is one at 5000 ms on the top text layer.Also on layer 16 believe it was i added a white rectangular region to the center.There are easier ways to do this effect.Such as adding a background to each frame.There is a script for that.Combine background Layers.scm search it at the gimp filter registry.
