It's a tricky image to work with as presumably the water needs to disappear to wrap smoothly.

My latest attempt at flowing water. Trying to combine the waves on the pool with the water coming from the pipe.

Unfortunately, it still has a "stutter" and I am yet to find out why. A job for another day.

he and she of elephants is very funny.
These today are from the city of Lugo (A fairly rainy area of Spain)

This image I have emphasised the reflection in the wet pavement, lightened the darkest areas and increased the saturation to bring out the colours of the stone.

Adjusted the brightness, contrast and saturation of the walls. Increased the red, using Colours/Components to highlight the flowers.

More line-art. I removed the sawn-off stump because I thought it spoilt the picture.

A new sky. I added it using a layer mask created by using threshold, as that seemed easier than making a selection.

I used the masks of Saturation H M L (Hard Transition) with Curves to adjust the brightness in various parts, then small changes using Saturation.

I have cured the pool gif of it's "stutter". The first and last layers were identical (apart from the background).
