Still like playing marbles I guess. Believe I found a cool way to create the catch light effect using Inkscape's Refractive Gel A preset.

The picture of the boy you put the link to is so small I can't see much. It's gotta be great though.

The link is there O; an unwritten rule there is that if an image file size is too big (around 500K to 600K or larger), that it is forum courtesy to just provide a smaller image or thumbnail and a link.

Thanks Mahvin. Inkscape really had a heck of a lot of cool plugins that work on bitmaps. I just wish someone would port these plugins into GIMP (they are bitmap plugins) since I've yet to see an equivalent like these, including 3D Marble and Refractive Gel.

Glad you do PC; still wish David or anyone else comes up with a way to create voronoi stipples inside GIMP or someone re-hacks A. Secord's original ImagemagicK code and fix it so that it would run correctly again (like that gui better then the command line interface). Oh well; as all Retouchers already know, there is always more then one way to skin a cat (don't attack me PETA folk; I have a cat and would never harm my boy; lol).
