Ella – here you are, my quick attempt at your apple aquarium. Hope you like it and thanks for the inspiration (again).

The Granny Smith apple comes from a very old Gimp tut by somebody I can't remember now and cannot find it on the GC site. Originally I turned the apples into various types/colours and made brushes of them. I did though yesterday create some new leaves for the stalk.

The water drops (obviously need a bit more practice!) come from a tut by Molly from 2014. If I remember rightly Wallace made some brushes from that tutorial.
Oh dear ... a Blender challenge again :hi5

Thanks, lylejk :)

Good job with the apple, OMG :bigthup
I'm always surprised how you copy my creations in your own specific way.
Good luck with the Blender challenge :clover

Wasn't the apple tut by Conbagui?
And I think Tin turned it into a plug-in?

That's right, quietreader, it was a tutorial by Combagui.

Wow, well done, OMG :clap , and in such a short time.
I can see your love of glass in it ;) :bigthup

Ella- it is good to see your neat images, especially at a time when I am lacking inspiration; that probably means another challenge for me :hehe

Great to see you back Ella...
Great outcome .
Has the Blender process become any faster now for you?
One of these days I may have enough time to explore!
;)

That was indeed my intention, OMG.
And every time I'm amazed at how well and quickly you recreate the Blender creation in Gimp.
Well done :clap :paint

Thanks skinnyhouse.
Fast still doesn't work for me in Blender. If it's been a while, it's back to searching where all the buttons are.
Without a detailed tutorial, I'm still lost in Blender's vast array of possibilities.
I admire those who take the time to write a tutorial for amateurs like me.
Good luck trying out Blender in the future :clover

Ella - here is my 'quick' response; It is OK for a starter, but doing it again I would create more 'ribs' on the handle and make them thinner.

Another successful project, OMG :paint
Even if you think it could be improved.
I have some more Blender work in a folder, but I can't remember what I already posted on Gimp Learn.
There you also recreated several of my work.

Ella - Beautiful and evocative image as always. The boot house is excellent, but I also love the birds, balloons and fauna in the background. :jumpclap
