It's a hack it works, kind off.
Here are the files to label things using chrome extension:
it uses vosk small-en-us-0.15 model which can be downloaded here: https://alphacephei.com/vosk/models

two attached files are there one is the chrome extension to use Load Unpacked with.
one is the python file.

commands are
address gets into the address bar.
link number [whatever link number is] - it'll go to the link
text area number [number]
text number [number]
enter - enter key
type Hello - types hello
page up - pages moves up
page down - pages move down
back - go back a link
forward - go forward a link
