I started this game so far my aunt (long distance) wants to join me she already ordered a calorie meter watch I guess she'll be measuring her walking
so basically you just do video clip proof of 10 calorie increments.
I mean I could do 250 calorie in one session but it's quiet boring so I made a game out of it with video clips and game pieces just different things i post over the calorie meter.
The idea is you do 10 then wait for everyone to post their 10 calorie clip then move onto the next 10. Then I'll have a group calorie burning running total (for group mentality motivation).
Since my aunt's watching doesn't arrive till tomorrow I have saved up all my clips for today to release them as part of that video clip game.

I think I am more into the video clip making then the exercise it's like a medal. like if it's not recorded then it didn't happen kind'a thing.

I can't wait for my aunt to receiver her calorie watch.

Ok my aunt won't be recording video clip I just asked her post before and after photo of pedometer showing to prove 10 calories burned. that should be good enough

Yesterday I just had a sandwich with cheddar and cucumber and it tasted godly.

My mainstain sandwich is peanut butter, cucumber, and alfafa sprout. It's a low cholesterol, nutritious, and tasty. Plus, I make my own bread, that's a big plus.

I just thought what if before watching each youtube short, i do 10 fist clenches, or apply it to posting something or liking something. all those fist clenches will add up.
Imagine on a youtube short where it gets millions of views (if and only if everyone did it) that'd be tens of millions of fist clenches. those shorts become a health benefit to their viewers.
