Disclaimer: I did not make or contribute to this plugin in anyway

Vitforlinux deleted his GimpChat account which means his threads and plugins went with it, including his heal with GMIC plugin that happens to work in GIMP 3 with GMIC installed. Which is basically our best alternative to resynthesizer for now or perhaps indefinitely. It has an error warning but it works.

I said indefinitely because there is a chance resynth will take several years longer to get ported. Let us use this in the mean time.

With all due respect to Vitforlinux - how is the script better than using G"MIC directly (with preview)?

Great question.

You have to manually paint something red in GIMP first (destructively without any soft edges) So why should I use a featherless red selection of color #ff0000 when I could just ue VitforLinux's tool?
