How to install Resynthesizer on gimp 3.0?
Most of the time to use HealSelection.

I have not tried it but a Windows Gimp 3 version is here:

EDIT: That is working ok here, Win 10 VM Gimp 3.0-1 Menu entry location changed. Seems a bit slow.
