Not familiar with the Fracture filter btw Rod. I need to get out more.

Here is a ghost effect using the new filter: I just need to finish off the help guide and then I will make it available.

Download, unzip and re-assemble with Stitcher v0.3 (Gimp 2.10).

Sorry not Fracture but Fragment. :)
Looks like this in Photoshop CS 5.

Sort of a ghosting effect. Not as good as yours though and their are no settings in PS for the filter.

Now GMIC also has the Fragment Blur filter as well. Which is much easier to control than PhotoShops Fragment filter.

In my opinion your Ghosting filter is much better, as you can control the sharpness. :bigthup

This is a rather extreme custom font to use with the ghost filter - needing space to be added to the top and bottom of the file.

Download, unzip and re-assemble with Stitcher v0.3 (Gimp 2.10).
