Rod, I cant find the link for the ai for gimp 3 and has it changed since it was first mentioned, version etc. And where do I put it in a portable?

Here you go Sallyanne. :hehe
https://github.com/ikks/gimp-stable-diffusion
Just click on code to get the zip download. The plugins would probably have to go in the Gimp_Portable_Version/ share/gimp/plugins folder. I would imagine. As there is no user name folder in the portable.
Which portable are you using?

I have finally got it in the menu. But keep getting error - unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1010)
This version doesn't have ICBINP either. What's the best model to use now? Oh and I got an API yesterday (a new one), do I put it in each time or is there somewhere in the file it can be put?
4 hours later I put the path to stable diffusion in the 'Edit - preferences - plugin folder'. Still no joy

I am wondering if you have the correct version (py file), for Gimp-3.0.
You should have only 1 python script for 3.0. Gimp-2.10 has 4 python files.

Should look like this in your plug-ins folder.

I have attached the files here in a zip. Just un zip them to your plug-ins folder.
These files are only for Gimp-3.0. They will not work in Gimp-2.10.

I have the folder stable diffusion in the plugins folder and only those same files that you have, in there. I am sure it is for vs 3. I will copy your files and replace mine later. Thanks for the reply.

Edit:-
I have tried with your link a few times. Same thing. Image
I may have to ask Samj if it can be used in that portable.

Well, I ask her in her blog but she hasn't been there since May. Do you know of another place I can contact her?

I am pretty sure MareroQ knows where plugins should be installed in Sams portable versions of Gimp-3. Maybe try MareroQ as well. :)

EDIT - found it here - viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21674&start=0#p296449
For Gimp portable api.key goes to Gimp/bin
Creates a temporary (overwrite) file gen_0_GIMP.png in c:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Local\Temp\

If you are using the plugin from post 1 .... viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21674#p296392

It won't work in Gimp-3.0
That one is for Gimp-2.10

Read the entire thread and you will find the plugin for Gimp-3.0 :bigthup

Are you on Linux, MAC. or Windows? Also, If you download and unzip those files i attached above for Sallyanne, it should work. Just unzip it to your plugins folder.
Also do you have an API key?
These questions should be asked of the actual code writer. Try private messaging Ikks here.

As i am not sure if Ikks comes here often. But he has answered my messages. :bigthup

Also Sallyanne i pasted my API key in the Text To Image dialog and left it there. That could be your answer.

Rod, I have Windows 10 and I have followed the instructions for the plugin to the letter. I even had the API Key. Nothing worked when trying run the plugin and get a final result. The message I received was to register on the site in order to use the plugin.

That is very odd, because i only had to give a username to get a key from Stablehorde. No other information is necessary.
And the same key works for both Gimp-2, and Gimp-3. Ikks may have an answer for you.
