Gimp 3.0.8 Update

I did this update and the Nik Collection needed to be remove and then set
up again to work. All of the other .DLL plug-in in my GEGL-0.4 folder also stop working.
They show up as a blank line in the GEGL Operation Scroll through menu. I tried removing
them and restarting, then setting them up again, no luck. Going to uninstall everything and
start over with a clean slate. I was getting hooked on them. The latest G'mic-QT 3.7 will work with
this update.

Did the clean Restart and no luck on the GEGL Plugins by Beaver to load.
Hope it they can be fixed. They are very nice. Might go back to the 3.0.6 verion.

Replace the libintl-8.dll file in the bin directory and restart Gimp-3.0.8
