Toying around some of the tools within DDG, I had the bot describe this image. It doesn't understand transparent backgrounds but it pretty much pegged me. lol

A portrait of a middle-aged East Asian man, bald on top with short dark brown hair on the sides, laughing heartily. His eyes are crinkled at the corners, and his mouth is wide open, revealing his upper and lower teeth and a pink tongue. He has prominent wrinkles on his forehead and around his eyes. He is wearing a light beige crew-neck t-shirt with two horizontal grey stripes on the left shoulder. The composition is a close-up, head and shoulders shot, centered on his face. The lighting is bright and even, highlighting his features. The colors are natural skin tones, dark brown hair, and a light beige shirt with grey stripes. The background is completely black, isolating the subject. The style is realistic photography. The mood is joyful, cheerful, and candid.

They are getting so good it's frightening. Pretty much on the money. :) I have seen a lot of AI bots predicting your mates face as well.

Hope you do not mind Lyle but i put your prompt thru Affinity's Canva AI Text to Image preprocess.
Results.

Guy's much better in shape and has a lot more hair. Maybe one day I'll match this guy's look. lolololol

Amazing what the bots can do by interpreting simple text, Rod. Even more impressive it can create a characteristic portfolio with just a simple picture. Scary for sure. Oh well. :)

Yeah it's kind of neat to try all the different models. Haven't tried in Gimp yet. :)

This seemed like fun,
so I gave it a go using my GC avatar image.

Weird how the bot talked more about the painting technique then the person, Wallace. Also funny it didn't see that you were wearing a Wilber shirt. Guess it needs more training. lol

I know,
Wilber was totally left out.

It mentioned something about a "50's logo".
Whatever that is?
:hehe

Anyway, I gave it another go.
This time with the actual image used to created my GC avatar.

Too bad didn't mention your nice smile, Wallace instead of describing your wardrobe. lololol

Not sure why the bot did an alright job with my ugly capture. I'm getting to wonder if you must have PO'ed some of the AI companies in the past, Wallace. lol

:)

Thanks Lyle,

I used the Deep Dream Generator twice and clicked the same buttons each time.

Hi Wallace, don't expect too much if it's only interpreting avatars? You need a hi-res portrait to really describe how friendly you are :)

Hi lyle, I was surprised it said you are an 'East Asian man' I always thought you were kinda 'deep South' :) Now I respect you even more :)

You're right Tas,
it is just a small avatar after all.

Adding a hi-res image should make me appear much friendlier.
:hehe

:lp How high should I go,
I don't want to appear excessively friendly?

:hehe

Some time back now, when cultivating the "grumpy old man" character and avatar, I described myself to AI and asked for a pic in return. This is what AI created and it must be very close, as people think it is actually a photo of me :hehe

So that's how 'GOM' became 'OMG'? It must be the most popular abbreviation in recent history :)

Hybrids don't often get sick, Tas. lol

Don't believe I ever shared this with you all, but, from Kindergarten through 12th grade I never missed a day of school outside school sanctioned activities. From the time I worked at a gas station when I was still in College through now, I never missed a day of scheduled work. Never called out. Did miss 2 classes while I was in college, though (overslept both times; lol). Already past 60 (and soon will be 61; ouch). Not sure I can keep up my record; time will tell. :)
