Add Gmic to Gimp on MacBook

Hello Gimp users

Can I install Gmic for Gimp om MacBook Air ?
And if I can install Gmic - How can I do it ?

At GMIC page it says that G’MIC is not officially maintained for Mac. You would need to go the MacPorts or Howebrew routes.
