Here is one based on a clever open-sourced font that joins without needing any extra alternative characters - although the upper-case characters are not meant to be used on their own. Would require extra kerning for this.

Thanks, Skinnyhouse. My country is experiencing unusually high temperatures, exacerbated by large wildfires, mainly in the central part of the country. Where I live, fortunately, there are no fires, but I'm still very worried because so many people have lost their homes and livelihoods. It's very sad.
