Teamouse - Their are a number of elements to produce glass as above; here is a very quick run down:

1. Bevel Reflect Logo (BRL) plug-in - used to create the contoured outcomes. This plug-in uses the ML Bevel Reflect Plug-in.
2. An e-map of mine called "gemclear", used by BRL to deliver a contoured glassy base for the image; I have also created several coloured glass e-maps which I use occasionally
3. A single colour or gradient layer on top of the glassy layer from 2 above, using mostly "burn" mode, but other modes can sometimes be used for added effect
4. Where a see through glass image is required (e.g. post #1000 in this thread), a copy of see through image shape is taken from the background and placed on a layer above in burn mode. That is no intermediate colour or gradient layer.
