Good morning All.
Can someone please explain to me how to "expand" one part of a pic without affecting the rest of the pic?
ie: if i want to make a nose bigger on a face but keep the rest of the face untouched.

The way I would do it is to make a new layer, call it nose, work on the nose in that layer, then merge it down. There are probably a lot of better ways.

I tried,i can't get it to properly fit and look seamless on the face.
I also tried zooming and distorting,but it also doesn't come out seamless

I think "liquid rescale" can do that.

Try this:
Duplicate the layer
select the body part you want to grow (only select 1 body part. If you're going to grow more than one you're going to have to create a new layer.)
add a layer mask (right click on duplicated layer, click layer mask, and set it to black)
fill in the selection with white. This should mask off everything but the arm in the duplicated layer.
now try playing around with the various transform tools. try to stretch it so it looks natural, and also try blending everything together by brushing the layer mask black around the overlap areas with a soft brush.

Once you have one body part finish, rinse, wash, repeat.

Iwarp works very well for this.
If you use it at a very small radius.

Or you can just use the free select tool, and make a very delicate selection and use scale.
One more suggestion (this takes a little work on your part), is to grab Shellout.py and if you have windows PaintDotNet (its free)
Grab the Liguify plugin by Pyro and add it to the program.(you can find the plugin at the paintdotnet forum site)
Edit shellout to open your image in PaintDotNet and go to effects/tools/liquify
It works exactly like PhotoShops liquify tool.
A little hard to get it set up at first but well worth it imo.

scaling worked perfect,now my brother has a pinocchio nose and i did not jump
