Molly and I wasn't too sure where this goes, if it is in the wrong place please rectify it in the appropriate thread please.
I was discussing Molly with her Siggy and I would like to do something similar.

Molly will put her siggy up as in XCF file and if anybody wishes to do something with it go ahead with it.

I started out by making a new layer 500 x 150, which is the maximum size allowed for this forum.
I found a picture of a barn, 640 x 480, I reduced its height so it would fit in my layer, then I pasted it in as a new layer.
I duplicated it to preserve the original layer, I removed the sky to make it transparent.
I then added a new layer and called it Smudge, I started with the colors around the barn and using a fuzzy brush I smudged the colors outwards dragging them out into the transparent part of the layer. For the sky, I added some white and blue and smudged them around until I had it looking like a sky.
I added another layer and called it birds, I used some bird brushes to put a few in.
I added another layer and called it turkeys, I then used "o's) turkey brush for that.
I used my Pennsylvania Omish horse and buggy in its own layer called buggy, I reduced the opacity to make it look further away.
That's about it, just add new layers so you can mess around in them without harming the previous layers. Below is original before removing sky.

My xcf is posted below if you want to see how I did the layers. I also added the turkey brush.
