Any tutorial on how to change sports jersey?

I was curious if there is already a tutorial on changing someone's NBA/NFL jersey? I seem to never be able to find one yet

It sounds easy to do but, I never tried it myself LOL. Could someone make a tutorial for me to follow step by step? Thanks in advanced

What exactly do you want to do?
Create a logo for a specific team jersey?
Change the text on an image of a Jersey?
Can you be a little more specific please? =)

There are so many different styles:
Long sleeves
Short sleeves
Vests

Ok, my favorite NBA player is Kevin Garnett and he plays for the Boston Celtics. Lets say, he got traded to another NBA team. Now, lets say there is no pictures of him in his new uniform yet. I like to change his jersey from the Celtics to another team and make it look realistic. Do you know what I mean now? I just don't know how to do it or what font that the teams use on their jerseys.
